Small Table Cloth, Norrlandskrus

Elegant daldräll cloth woven according to the hand-woven original. Here, a centuries-old tradition is carried on in a linen cloth suitable for both special occasions and daily life. Norrlandskrus is one of our most popular designs at Insjöns Väveri. It was probably first woven in the early 19th century. The pattern is based on the so-called Västerbotten star, a motif found in various traditional weavings and embroideries. We weave it with a linen weft and a twisted cotton warp. This small tablecloth is woven in 90 x 90 cm. Full red i also available in 75 x 75 cm. Our tablecloths shrink about 5% in width and 7% in length after washing. Please therefore take a shrinkage allowance into account.
